UPDATE

Friends and family,
We want to take this time to update everyone on the status of Dave and also let everyone know where we stand as far as what we're believing for. After Daves fall he was air lifted to Lubbock UMC which is where he is currently at. It looks like he will be here a week or so and then be transferred to a rehab hospital after that.

We first want everyone to know that Dave is doing really well. The foundation that Dave has in his walk with the Lord is showing. He knows that God is with him and because of that, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

When Dave fell it broke his shoulder, 3 ribs, and his back. His back injury also caused quite a bit of damage to his spinal cord. He has already had surgery on his back.

Right now we would ask that everyone pray and believe with us that God is going to completely restore all feeling and movement in Daves lower extremities. We have already seen and experienced God in some awesome ways!

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. We will continue to keep everyone as updated as possible as we see continue to see God work supernaturally in Daves life.

  1. Dave & Ginnie....I am so, so sorry this has happened but I have to tell you that the words you spoke to you surgeon, Dave, before you went into surgery..."You don't know my God"... is resonating with all your friends and we're standing in the gap for you believing JUST LIKE YOU. You are in my prayers every day and will continue to be. Look for the positives and the blessings in all of this....they're there. God bless you both and your entire family.

    Much love to you guys,
    Diane (Case) Johns

  2. Dave, Your CNS family is lifting you and your family minute by minute in prayer! Your faithfulness is such a blessing and inspiration to this ministry! You are such a vital part of this family, and Ms. Jodi says,"she loves you like a fatboy loves cake"! That should make you smile! We love you, Ginny and your family!

  3. Dear Dave and Ginnie- You are in my prayers. The pain and suffering our Lord endured was for our healing- I believe for our souls and bodies. By His stripes we are healed. What a wonderful savior!! Dave I remember being on the Naz. preschool board with you back when we started with Pastor Woods. I always thought you were such and kind and special person. God Bless, Cathy Langford

My husband and I attend church with Sean and Amy. We are praying. Just let it be known the the OK bunch are prayin' fools!! I am walking the journey of cancer and recovering well from surgery. Part of the recovery is to spend time in prayer. God has called me to this journey. I commit to praising Him for each and every step of your journey. We will be praying for God to be glorified through this journey. Susan Fowler
